Our diet program is simple, clean, and effective.

 Our nutritional approach for weight loss, body fat reduction and overall health is simple and highly effective: focus on whole foods that are low in calories and high in nutrients. This means eating a diet filled with fresh vegetables, fruits, lean proteins and whole grains.

 

Below are the ANDI food scores. Foods on the left have the highest nutrient density rating while the foods on the right have the lowest. Therefore, focus on the foods that are on the left side and limit your intake of the foods on the right for superior nutrition.
